ZeroChaos Credits 40% Annual Growth To Client Satisfaction Technical Innovation & Organic Growth

(March 18, 2009 – Orlando, FL) ZeroChaos, a global workforce solutions company headquartered in Orlando, today announced that the company grew revenue by 40 percent to nearly $700 million in fiscal year 2008.

According to Chairman and CEO Harold Mills, ZeroChaos also demonstrated a collective savings of more than $50 million last year for its more than 180 clients. Client growth coupled with an increase in the number of employee/consultants to more than 10,000 worldwide contributed to the firm’s extremely successful year, despite the state of the current economy.

"Our focus on client satisfaction, solutions innovation and organic growth, including two new offices in Finland and Norway, kept us alert to changing markets and helped us stay flexible. But I really believe it was our commitment to deliver significant savings to our clients that fueled our growth," said Mills.

Moving forward, ZeroChaos’ Mills says the firm will not hunker down but rather continue to invest in growth as it works to help more clients save more money around the world. In 2009, the firm intends to open three offices in Europe and continue to leverage technology to drive operational savings while investing in sales, marketing and growth strategies.
