ZeroChaos Enhances Workforce Solutions with Acquisition of Employment Screening Firm, Checkpast

ZeroChaos, a global workforce solutions company headquartered in Orlando, today announced its acquisition last week of Checkpast, an established leader in the employment screening industry. The acquisition marked the third in 2009 for ZeroChaos as the company increased its market share and augmented its service offerings to help customers meet dynamic workforce management needs. 

Founded in 1992, Checkpast is nationally known for its innovative background research approach and its commitment to accuracy, quality, and efficiency of screening solutions. In 2009, the firm provided background, drug, and other screening solutions for more than 1000 companies throughout the U.S.
